Product Strategy Workshops London

Work through the hard questions before you spend the budget.

We facilitate workshops that turn vague briefs into clear plans, align stakeholders, and surface the assumptions that need testing before you commit to development.

Not every project needs a workshop. But the complex ones usually do.

If the requirements are clear and everyone agrees, skip straight to scoping. Workshops earn their place when a project has competing priorities, when scope isn't defined, when assumptions haven't been tested, or when stakeholders have different ideas about what success looks like. We also offer a 15% discount for charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Recruitment: For Career Moves Group, discovery surfaced requirements around job listing integrations (Idibu, Bullhorn) that would have been missed in a standard brief. That insight shaped the entire build.

Innovation: For BrandSpark, structured sessions as part of Innovate UK funded work defined the product proposition, validated assumptions, and shaped the MVP scope.

What we facilitate

Structured sessions that produce actionable outputs, not whiteboard photos and good intentions.

Discovery workshops

The starting point for most projects. We map business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and commercial priorities. Everyone leaves with a shared understanding of what we're solving and why.

Product strategy and roadmapping

For teams with an existing product, we review usage data, user feedback, and commercial goals, then prioritise features using frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW. The output is a prioritised plan, not a wishlist.

Innovation and ideation

Structured sessions for exploring new ideas, business models, or market opportunities. How Might We framing, rapid sketching, and dot voting to move from vague to concrete.

Stakeholder alignment

When a project stalls because different people want different things, a facilitated session can resolve it in a day. We create a neutral space for teams to make decisions together.

Technical feasibility reviews

Before committing to a direction, we review the technical approach with your team. What's achievable within the budget? What are the risks? Where are the dependencies?

How a typical workshop runs

Preparation, facilitation, and a written output you can act on.

1

Before the session

We send a short brief covering objectives, attendees, and any preparation needed. We review existing documents, analytics, or research so the session starts from evidence, not assumptions.

2

During the session

Most workshops run 2 to 4 hours, in person (London) or remote via video call. We facilitate with a clear agenda, structured exercises, and make sure all voices are heard.

3

After the session

Within a week, you receive a written summary: key decisions, prioritised actions, open questions, and recommended next steps. If the workshop feeds into a build, it becomes the basis for scoping.

Discovery, Technical Feasibility, WordPress Migration

Career Moves Group

Facilitated discovery to align priorities for a website redesign and WordPress migration. The process surfaced integration requirements around Idibu and Bullhorn, and assessed the technical feasibility of synchronising live job listings from multiple recruitment platforms.
