OpenTrack set out to modernise how athletics federations run events — replacing patchwork spreadsheets and bespoke tooling with a single cloud platform for organisers, athletes, and officials.
To work across multiple federations and countries, the brand and product had to do several things at once:
Athletics federations are formal, conservative organisations — but the platform underneath needed to feel modern, fast, and useful. We led with a system, not a logo: a coordinated identity, web presence, and product UI built from the same foundations so they’d scale together as OpenTrack expanded.
The brand system was designed to flex across digital and physical surfaces — from federation websites and competition apps to event apparel, banners, and printed programmes — without ever losing its core.
With OpenTrack’s management system used by federation staff and competition organisers across multiple countries, we focused the UI work on legibility under pressure — at trackside, in the press room, and on mobile.
The brand and platform we delivered have continued to scale with OpenTrack’s growth.
